Processing & Pre-Orders

Standard Ready-Stock Orders

All ready-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+8) Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Custom Pre-Order Sets

Pre-order or custom-sized press-on nail sets require handcrafted preparation by our nail artists (typically 2 to 4 business days) prior to shipment. You will receive an automated tracking notification once your custom set is ready to ship.

Once your package has been picked up by our courier, you can track its real-time progress under My Orders or via the direct tracking link sent to your email.
