We prioritize your satisfaction and hygiene standards. Here is how we handle returns and order replacements.

1. Hygiene & Return Eligibility

Due to strict hygiene and health standards regarding cosmetic and personal care products, unopened and unused press-on nail sets in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery receipt.

Sets that have been opened, unsealed, fitted onto natural nails, or modified cannot be accepted for return or refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item/size version:

Take clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the damaged product or incorrect item.
Contact our support team within 48 hours via our Contact Page or Instagram (@nails.clstorey).
Our team will immediately dispatch a free replacement set at no extra shipping cost to you.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card via Stripe or Store Credit) within 3 to 5 business days of return verification.
